Tranica obtained 6 distinctions in matric, a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Media and Cultural Studies from the University of KwaZulu Natal (UKZN) and a Certificate in Public Relations from Boston Business College. She has recently completed her Fundamentals of Digital Marketing course through Google Digital Skills. She is the founder of BooST Communications, established in 2019.

Tranica began her career over fourteen years ago as a marketing and promotions officer and gained experience across a number of disciplines within marketing, including but not limited to, Communications, PR, Copywriting, Events, Digital marketing, Branding and Promotions within many diverse industries.

As a result of her diverse experience, Tranica offers in-depth industry specific insights applicable across various marketing and communications environments and is able to openly share her extensive knowledge and strategic thinking. She has an excellent and large source of network specialist partners.

Tranica has vast experience in media planning, media buying, and media liaison, strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail. She has excellent media relations spanning print, online and broadcast across South Africa.

Glynis Kearney

Glynis has over 33 years of experience in the marketing and media arena, holding various positions in management during that time. Coming predominantly from a sales background in print, online and social media, Glynis has a vast knowledge of strategic planning, implementation and buying, as well as across-the-board sales to corporate and private companies and entrepreneurs.

In addition expertise of event planning & management and formulating brand strategies in line with client’s needs, as well as content generation and PR Skills. Her creative (out of the box) approach to business allows for a fresh perspective on brand elevation. Glynis is passionate about social investment and likes to work on projects which make a difference to communities in the social, educational and environmental fields.

She has won the Media24 Newspapers National Sales Person of the Year award twice, and was pivotal in conceptualising the ongoing Media24 Newspapers Legends Awards, which began as an 8 month mentorship programme for both editorial and advertising departments.

She has worked on projects with Department of Transport, Department of Social Development and the Department of Education, aligning corporate brands to the various government deliverables in those departments. Glynis also helped to manage the SA Breweries Tavern Intervention program, Old Mutual Wellness Days, and Western Cape Social Development Golden Games.

Glynis co-owned Renaissance Magazine where she held the roles of Editor and Sales Director, and also ran her own media and marketing business for over 12 years in Cape Town.
